I know the question that might be on your mind is, “Why in the world would you do this?”

It’s actually pretty simple. After we bought our RV and started to travel we kept getting calls from our family and friends asking where we were and where were we are going next.  The person who called the most was my Dad.  He had always wanted to get a RV and travel the country.  He was really happy when we got ours and you could tell he wanted to go along.

His health wasn’t that good so we really had to plan out when he would be able to join us.

We planned a trip for this summer but in the mean time I hooked up a GPS so he could see where we were on Google maps.  After a couple trips I found out a way to hook up a camera so he could actually see out the front window as we were driving  down the road.  That was going to be a surprise for him this spring.

When word got out, everyone we knew wanted to see the mountains on a trip we took out to Colorado.  It was really tough to keep my Dad from finding out and ruining the surprise but we pulled it off!

The sad part is that my Dad passed away the day before Christmas Eve this past December and he never got to see the camera or us driving down the road.

It really got me thinking about how many other people want to see the country but don’t have the time, money, or health.  Life gets busy and no matter what they “plan” to do in the future it never ends up happening.

My dad liked to meet new people and loved to travel but worked so much he never really got a chance to do it.

We consider ourselves pretty lucky because what we do for a living makes all of this possible.

We wanted to share this with as many people as we could. We opened the site up for everyone that wishes they could travel more or maybe have seen some of the places we will be going. If you have any tips on what to see or know any intresting people that we should meet and maybe interview please let us know.

It does not matter if they are famous or just your average Joe/Jane.  If they have a story to tell we would love to talk to them.
